Our Story
Evergreen Investments is headed by John Rodenberg, a seasoned and mission-driven leader with decades of experience in non-profit marketing and financial operations.

John started his real estate dream in 1986 when he founded JR's Home Maintenance, serving clients all over the D.C metro area.
​
To reach financial success, John completed his undergraduate coursework at Texas Christian University, and soon after completing his master's in 1993, he gained the ambition he needed to take his goals to the next level.
​
From there, he began an accomplished career in non-profit residential management and international development.
​
In 2016, John founded Evergreen Investments to combine his love for community and the goal to create a meaningful, lasting legacy.
​
Now, Evergreen Investments owns and manages nearly a dozen residential properties and is involved in several commercial development opportunities, establishing the foundation for a ever-growing future.
